Priority: 2–3 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We happily ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Notes

Once your order leaves our studio, transit times are in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please:

Check with neighbors or building staff
Verify your shipping address
Contact the carrier directly

If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours with:

Your order number
Photos of the item + packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help if the item is in stock. If not, we’ll issue store credit.
